KXII is a television station that broadcasts on virtual and VHF digital channel 12. It is affiliated with CBS, MyNetworkTV, and Fox, and is licensed in Sherman, Texas, serving the Sherman–Ada area. The station is operated by Gray Television. KXII shares its studios with its low-power relay stations on Texoma Parkway (SH 91) in northeastern Sherman, and also has an additional studio located on South Commerce Street (U.S. Route 77) and Elks Boulevard in southwestern Ardmore, Oklahoma. The transmitter for KXII can be found along Oklahoma State Highway 99 in rural northeastern Marshall County, Oklahoma, which is southwest of Madill. The station's signal is also transmitted through low-power translator station KXIP-LD (channel 12) in Paris, Texas, which is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth television market, and through low-power station K28QF-D (channel 28) in Sherman.
