Figure 1A and B illustrate the UV-Vis spectral analysis of AP and AD in a methanolic solution. The peaks of AP were detected at 332 nm, while AD showed its band at 228 nm. The wavelengths of 332 and 228 nm were chosen for the analysis of AP and AD, respectively, using HPLC. To attain the highest EE and DL levels.
