The Tennessee Bar Association plans to relocate its office within the West End corridor, with a move slated for early 2026. The 1881-founded nonprofit will move to a Centennial Park-area office building located at 3010 Poston Ave., a property that its affiliate Tennessee Legal Community Foundation recently acquired for $3.9 million (read here). Since 2022, TBA has operated nearby at 3310 West End Ave. The group previously worked from an office located in downtown’s central business district.

The owners of a Music Row site once eyed for an apartment building are seeking to sell the property for an undisclosed asking price. Music Row Developments LLC, which includes business partners Moni Advani and Kevin Woods, owns the property, with an address of 1107 17th Ave. S. The LLC paid approximately $9.45 million collectively for what had been multiple properties (before consolidation), according to Davidson County Register of Deeds document.

AEG Presents has announced the acquisition of Nashville-based entertainment events production company Gary Musick Productions and affiliated entity Destination Musick City. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in a release. Gary Musick Productions will retain its name and continue to provide corporate and social event services, including audio-visual production, scenic fabrication, custom set design, live streaming and branding integration.
