Despite the unprecedented and durable breakthroughs reported with the use of ICIs in treating cancer patients, the response rate remains rather modest in which some patients respond favorably to the treatment, while most of them don’t show any clinical benefits. Considerable ongoing efforts to address resistance to ICIs have demonstrated that immune resistance is driven by complex, dynamic and interconnected processes.

AbstractSrc family kinases (SFKs) contribute to migraine pathogenesis, yet its role in regulating photophobia behaviour, one of the most common forms of migraine, remains unknown. Here, we addressed whether SFKs antagonism alleviates photophobia behavior and explored the underlying mechanism involving hypothalamus and trigeminal ganglion activity, as measured by the alteration of neuropeptide levels and transcriptome respectively.

Samples of D. ferox were collected from Nankang Village, Lujiang Town, Longyang District, and Baoshan City in Yunnan Province, China (Global Positioning System [GPS] coordinates: 98°46′6.01″ E, 24°50′3.01″ N). The detailed sampling procedure was as follows: The hosts for nasal leeches in this research were cattle. Cattle were exposed to sunlight for 1–2 h, making them thirsty. Subsequently, a bucket with some water was placed in front of the cattle, but they were not allowed to drink from it.
