3. Results and DiscussionIn the preparation of intermediate o, different reaction conditions were attempted. Studies were conducted on conditions such as the feed ratio in the reaction, added with or without H2O, and post-treatment methods. The results are shown in Table 1. The yield after purity correction of the sodium nitrite/H2O/acetic acid reaction system was not high. Since the system contained H2O, it was speculated that hydroxyl by-products were generated.

Mutations affecting the E3 ligase activity of Parkin are associated with cancer and Parkinson's disease (PD).
