1. IntroductionNitrogen oxides (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from stationary sources are critical precursors for ozone and PM2.5 formation. Thus, the effective elimination of NOx and VOCs is crucial for the integrated control of regional ozone and PM2.5 co-pollution [1,2]. Among VOCs, chlorinated organics (Cl-VOCs), particularly dioxins, are environmentally persistent and highly toxic to living organisms.
