1. IntroductionFlexible thin-film pressure sensors are attracting increasing interest due to their considerable potential for applications in healthcare [1,2,3], human–computer interaction [4,5], industrial inspection [6,7], and intelligent robotics [8,9,10,11]. This is due to their superb properties, including thinness, lightness, low cost, and suitability for use with a variety of contact surfaces [11,12,13,14,15,16,17].

Based on previous studies, the incidence of grade 3–4 neutropenia for the control group was assumed to be 40%, and we hypothesized that the incidence in the experimental group would be halved to 20%. Using a two-sided significance level (α) of 0.05 and a power of 80%, the calculated sample size for each group was 79 patients. Given the short duration of the study, we anticipate a low rate of loss to follow-up.
