2. Materials and Methods 2.1. Plant Materials, Cultural Media, and ReagentsTender litchi leaves (cv. Baitangying) were collected from a Hainan University orchard (Haikou, China). Leaf shapes and sizes were uniform and disease-free. Fresh and healthy Litchi fruits were harvested from orchards in Haikou, China, for infection assays. All fruits were healthy, uniform in shape, and at 80% ripe.
