    The Czech government pre-approved a $18 billion contract with South Korea’s KHNP to build two new nuclear reactors at Dukovany, clearing all regulatory hurdles ahead of a final court ruling. Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala said on Thursday the deal would be signed “without delay” once the court lifts an injunction, which is blocking the agreement due to a legal challenge from France’s EDF, which also participated in the bid.
