We downloaded one mRNAs-seq data (GSE63885) and one single-cell RNA-sequencing dataset (GSE184880) from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). Hereby, 75 OC samples were obtained in GSE63885, 12 samples in GSE184880 (5 healthy controls and 7 OC patients). GSE63885 was used as texting dataset. The Robust Multichip Average (RMA) was used to background adjust and quantile-normalize, then log2-transformed.
