AbstractFibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) is a poorly understood disease affecting 3–5% of adult females. The pathobiology of FMD involves arterial lesions of stenosis, dissection, tortuosity, dilation and aneurysm, which can lead to hypertension, stroke, myocardial infarction and even death. Currently, there are no animal models for FMD and few insights as to its pathobiology.

IntroductionClick to copy section linkSection link copied!Over the past decades, photochemistry has been identified as an environment-friendly platform for molecular synthesis. (1−9) The merger of photoinduced catalysis with enantioselective catalysis, (10−12) such as organocatalysis, (13−16) enzymatic catalysis, (17) and transition metal catalysis, (18,19) provides a powerful strategy to satisfy the growing demand for enantiomerically pure small molecules.

AbstractRecent developments of sequencing-based spatial transcriptomics (sST) have catalyzed important advancements by facilitating transcriptome-scale spatial gene expression measurement. Despite this progress, efforts to comprehensively benchmark different platforms are currently lacking. The extant variability across technologies and datasets poses challenges in formulating standardized evaluation metrics.

AbstractsCoinfusion of unrelated cord blood (UCB) units in haploidentical hematopoietic cell transplantation (haplo-HCT) (haplo-cord HCT) for hematopoietic malignancies showed promising results in previous reports, but the efficiency of haplo-cord HCT in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) still lacks sufficient evidence. This multicenter, randomized, phase 3 trial (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT03719534) aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of haplo-cord HCT in AML patients.
