    1. IntroductionMisinformation has become an inextricable part of the modern world, and the widespread dissemination of which has posed significant threats to all areas of people’s lives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the exposure to misinformation prompted engagement in misinformed behaviors and discouraged evidence-based prevention behaviors [1,2]. Misinformation about climate change confuses the public, leads to political inaction, and leads to the rejection of mitigation policies [3].

    1. IntroductionOne of the most common diseases of the skin worldwide, acne is an inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous follicle that contributes to a prevalence rate of up to 85% in adolescents and young adults (1). Acne has not been fully explained by its pathogenesis, but there are four recognized factors: excessive sebum production, hyperproliferation of Cutibacterium acnes, hyperkeratosis of the follicular sebaceous glands, and inflammatory mechanisms.
