A sandwich electrochemical immunosensor based on polypyrrole microspheres for the detection of cancer marker CA125 In this study, a sensitive sandwich electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of cancer markers cancer antigen 125 (CA 125) has been developed using polypyrrole (PPy) microspheres amplifying sensing signal. The PPy microspheres provided a larger surface area for gold nanoparticles (Au NPs), CA 125 antibodies and signal molecules adriamycin immobilization.
