All lanes of northbound US-41 at Canterfield Boulevard are blocked after a rollover crash with entrapment.Crews responded to the scene around 5:45 p.m. where they said a car was rolled over following a two-vehicle crash.The San Carlos Park Fire District said the driver of the rollover vehicle was extricated and taken to the hospital as a trauma alert.It is unclear what led up to the crash at this time.You can count on Gulf Coast News to provide updates as they are received.

A Collier County man was flown taken to the hospital by MedFlight after a stabbing on Thursday afternoon in Collier County.The Collier County Sheriff's Office said they received reports of a stabbing on Cherry Tree Road around 4:30 p.m.When deputies arrived, they said they found the victim with stab wounds. He was flown to the hospital for treatment.

A North Carolina man was arrested in Naples after being accused attempting to pay a homeless man to cash a fraudulent check for more than $43,000. The Collier County Sheriff's Office said Lareese Mallety, 31, is facing multiple felony charges following his arrest on Wednesday. Deputies responded to Suncoast Credit Union on Tamiami Trail on March 6 around after receiving reports of someone attempting to cash a fraudulent check.
