VIRGINIA BEACH — VIRGINIA BEACH (WTKR) — Coming back to Bayside High School brings back countless memories for Paula and Jemar Mullen. It's where the family spent many nights watching Paula's son, Mario, flourish into a local basketball star. "When he dunked his first dunk and point at his mother," Paula said, describing her favorite play Mario ever made. "He said, 'This is for you.'""Just walking into Bayside, it just feels nostalgic," said Jemar, Mario's younger brother.

NORFOLK, Va. — NORFOLK, Va. (WTKR) — Coming off another MEAC championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance, Robert Jones isn't going anywhere. VIRGINIA BEACH — VIRGINIA BEACH (WTKR) — Players only get one chance to make a good first impression. Princess Anne pitcher Russell Baker didn't just make a good opening impression, he turned it into a milestone moment. In a 16-0 win for the Cavaliers over Green Run on Tuesday, the junior tossed a 10 strikeout, no-hitter in a five inning affair. "I was definitely paying attention to everything I was throwing," Baker said.

NORFOLK, Va. — NORFOLK, Va. (WTKR) — The Norfolk State women capped off its non-conference slate this season with a 63-57 win at Auburn, its second victory over a Power 5 school in its campaign. As it turns out, the Tigers administration might have been watching Spartan's coach Larry Vickers closely. RALEIGH, N.C. — RALEIGH, N.C. (WTKR) — If oddsmakers didn't giver Norfolk State much of a chance against SEC champion Florida before their NCAA Tournament matchup, they certainly wouldn't have thought the Spartans had much fight when the Gators opened a 53-21 lead. The green and gold showed that fire but it wasn't enough to climb out of the hole. Norfolk State fell to the top seeded Gators 95-69 on Friday night, ending their 2024-25 season in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

Understood. Ospreay’s great! What I don’t want was Hangman finally coming to Swerve’s side to end in a loss that sets up a tag match I didn’t want to see. The best story this company has ever had is not going to main event their biggest show maybe ever. And that’s a shame.

I mean I think there are probably just as many, if not more, fans who would like to see Ospreay become champion than see Swerve/Hangman again. I have no feelings either way about it, but I would argue many AEW fans have been calling for Ospreay to become champion ASAP.

THEN CHANGE THE PLANS!!! WHY IS THIS SO HARD

All In is almost certainly ending with Will Ospreay becoming AEW World Champion, so Swerve/Hangman in the main event (especially when they're about to team) was never going to be in the cards.

Jericho dusty finish. DG losing. Wasting Hangman helping Swerve on a loss. You get what you deserve TK.
