AbstractSelpercatinib, a highly selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has emerged as an excellent treatment option for patients with rearranged during transfection-altered cancer. However, there is limited comprehensive safety information available for selpercatinib through large-scale post-marketing monitoring. This study conducted a comprehensive analysis of selpercatinib-related adverse events (AEs) using the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System database.

The Escherichia coli (E. coli) and G. parasuis strains involved in this study are listed in Table 1. The E. coli was cultured with liquid LB medium (10 g tryptone, 10 g NaCl, and 5 g yeast extract per litre) or solid LB medium, supplemented with 1.5% agar. The G. parasuis strains were grown in a liquid TSB medium (35 g tryptone soya broth, 5 g yeast extract, 4 g proteose peptone, and 4 g tryptone per litre) or on a Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA) medium.

One female C. quadricarinatus individual collected from the experimental pond of Zhejiang Institute of Freshwater Fisheries in Zhejiang Province, China was used for genome sequencing. High-quality DNA was extracted from muscle cells of C. quadricarinatus using DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kits (Qiagen) in accordance with the manufacturer’s protocol. DNA Quality and quantity were measured via standard agarose-gel electrophoresis and a Qubit 3.0 Fluorometer (Invitrogen), respectively.
