The aero-optical effect caused by the high-speed flight of aircraft can affect the accuracy of astronomical navigation, so studying the laser transmission characteristics in high-speed flow fields is essential. This study adopts a 3D spherical blunt cone model as the physical aircraft model, incorporates the latest reanalysis data from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction as atmospheric parameters, and uses Fluent software to establish a hypersonic aircraft external flow field model.

AbstractOnco-fetal reprogramming of the tumor ecosystem induces fetal developmental signatures in the tumor microenvironment, leading to immunosuppressive features. Here, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics and bulk RNA sequencing to delineate specific cell subsets involved in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) relapse and response to immunotherapy.
