Cellar Tracker
CellarTracker was founded in March 2003 by Eric LeVine, who initially created it to manage his personal wine cellar while he was employed at Microsoft. What started as a simple hobby expanded when Eric invited two friends to use the platform, sparking his interest in its wider potential. By July 2003, a beta version of CellarTracker was launched, attracting 100 users who collectively tracked 60,000 wine bottles. Eric officially introduced the site to the public in April 2004, and after leaving Microsoft in August of that year, he dedicated himself fully to growing CellarTracker. Today, CellarTracker stands out as a premier cellar management tool, with hundreds of thousands of wine collectors monitoring over 141 million bottles. It has also developed into the largest community database for tasting notes, boasting more than 9 million entries as of late 2021. The site attracts over 10 million visitors annually, who come for reviews and wine suggestions. Though historically CellarTracker operated with a small team, it expanded from 4.5 to 13 members in 2021. After nearly 20 years of steady growth, we recognize the need for greater digital integration in the wine sector. Our aim is to unlock the full potential of CellarTracker and its vibrant community of wine lovers, and we are thrilled to be supported by our expanding team!

On the palate, it's medium-bodied and dry with brisk acidity and white peach, nectarine, mango, and kumquat zest flavors accented with a very appealing saline minerality.
