Clarion India

Clarion India

Clarion India, previously known as Caravan Daily, has been highlighting the struggles of India's marginalized groups, including Dalits, tribal communities, women, and others, since 2013. This initiative is part of the Alternative Communications Trust (ACT), a non-profit organization driven by journalists and volunteers committed to ethical journalism that aligns with strong values. Despite limited resources, Clarion India has persevered through tough challenges, providing a different viewpoint from the often loud and divisive stories presented by many corporate media outlets. The mission of Clarion India is to promote a secular, democratic, and inclusive vision for the country—one that reflects the ideals set forth by our founding fathers and the promises of our secular and liberal Constitution. However, maintaining independent and truthful journalism requires community support. We invite you to contribute and help sustain Clarion India. Donate now to make a difference.
