VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) is meant to eliminate stuttering, among other things, by unlocking the framerate and synchronizing the refresh rate in real-time between the console and TV. So it is kind of a problem when VRR actually causes stuttering, as has been the case on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Pro for months.
