After starting the season with a dreadful seven-game losing streak, the Braves have quietly put together four straight wins. And Monday night's drama couldn't have given a funnier ending. The Braves went into to eighth inning down a run against the Cardinals. But after a few clutch hits and a Sean Murphy home run, Atlanta went into the ninth inning with a four-run lead. With closer Raisel Iglesias in during a non-save situation, it should have been easy work.

Back in 2019, Braves star Ronald Acuña Jr. was benched against the Dodgers when he watched a fly ball hit off the wall and had to settle for a long single. Off-ball linebacker is a tough position to judge in the NFL. Fred Warner and Zach Baun, arguably the two best middle linebackers of 2024, were both third-round picks — and Baun didn't break through until moving from his spot as a pass-rusher to an insulated spot at the center of the defense. That makes the position a tricky one to judge at the 2025 NFL Draft, despite a solid talent pool.

Lee Corso is officially calling it a career on ESPN's College GameDay after 38 years and a tremendously successful run of headgear picks. ESPN announced his last show will be on August 30th — the first full Saturday of college football games in 2025, but we don't know which campus will host Corso's final broadcast. ESPN has yet to announce a location and there are no shortage of options.
