    Politicians, city council members and advocates are calling for an end to high-speed chases after an uninvolved 19-year-old was killed in Atlanta on Monday. They called for an end to the policy that allows the Georgia State Patrol to conduct high speed chases following the death of a 19-year-old driver who was hit and killed by another driver fleeing Georgia State Patrol.     ATLANTA - Georgia's unemployment rate held steady at 3.6% last month, six-tenths of a percentage point lower than the national rate. The number of jobs rose by 6,900 in March to 4.98 million. "Georgia's job market is full of opportunity, with nearly 5 million jobs and three openings for every Georgian," said state Commissioner of Labor Barbara Rivera Holmes, who took over the reins of the agency at the end of last month.
