Johns Creek Herald
The Johns Creek Herald focuses on delivering news that matters to the people of Johns Creek, covering topics such as schools, high school sports, city council activities, businesses, and more. This publication is part of the Herald family and is one of several weekly newspapers they produce. Ray and Christina Appen purchased a bi-monthly newspaper named The ReVue in Alpharetta thirty years ago. They left their jobs at The Miami Herald to manage it, and over time, they rebranded it as The Revue & News and increased its publication frequency to weekly. Building on the success of The Revue & News, the Appens launched three additional weekly newspapers, a monthly magazine aimed at women, and a quarterly guide for newcomers. Their business also expanded into social media management, design, graphics, digital newsletters, and web services. Despite these ventures, their primary focus remains on providing community news.
