Representatives of an Atlanta hockey club asked the city to consider the project at recreational center The Cooler. JOHNS CREEK, Ga. — The Johns Creek City Council will review cost estimates for a performing arts center project April 14. The project, which includes the center and two floors of arts classrooms, would come with a $71-million price tag. That cost would include construction, professional services and a contingency. The analysis considers building and supplies needed for the center over the first 10 years of operations.
