Kitchen Projects

Kitchen Projects is a weekly newsletter created by me, Nicola Lamb, a pastry chef, recipe developer, and consultant based in London. Typically, the research and development phase in cooking is kept out of sight. On platforms like Instagram, we often only see the polished final dishes, without any insight into the fascinating process of experimentation that leads to them. Kitchen Projects aims to change that by offering you a behind-the-scenes perspective. This newsletter serves as both a helpful resource and a heartfelt tribute to the culinary arts, guiding you through the journey of mastering your ideal pastry.
