A video that a member of the Temple City Watch Facebook group posted this weekend may have captured footage of a truck that was reported as stolen in Houston about three weeks ago. A Facebook user, Hermeliza Dalogdog, posted a video that she took of two vehicles in the parking lot of Dynasty Restaurant.
