Written by Jordan Michelman. I’m not sure there’s a roaster-retailer that’s come further faster in the last half-decade than Three Keys Coffee of Houston, Texas. However, for Houston, Texas coffee shop Catalina Coffee, founder Max Gonzalez has overseen so much change and growth since opening his doors in 2007.
