Gothic post-metal act Vide have teamed up with Metal Insider to premiere the video for their latest single, “Tomorrow Will Be Worse.” The track is taken from their forthcoming album decorated in spiderweb, due May 2nd. Known for their bleak, creative style, Vide blends elements of dark wave, post-punk, and shoegaze with grim black metal aesthetics. Marilyn Manson has digitally released his haunting cover of Phil Collins’ classic 1981 hit “In The Air Tonight.” The track is paired with a new song, “As Sick As The Secrets Of (Sleep),” both now available on streaming platforms. Manson has long been known for transforming iconic tracks into something uniquely his own, such as Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” Soft Cell’s “Tainted Love,” and more. Each cover carries his signature ominous edge, and “In The Air Tonight” is no exception.

Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe will headline Rock the Tides, a new luxury destination festival set for November 7–9, 2025, at the all-inclusive Barceló Riviera Maya and Barceló Maya Grand resorts in Riviera Maya, Mexico. UK rockers The Darkness have announced North American dates for their Dreams On Toast tour, supporting their latest album released March 28 via Cooking Vinyl. The two-part trek kicks off August 29 in Pryor, OK, runs through September 21, then resumes November 7 in Houston, TX, and wraps up on November 22. Tickets go on sale this Friday (18) at 10:00 AM local time.

Thrash metal supergroup Category 7, featuring members of Armored Saint, Exodus, and Shadows Fall, will make their live debut on June 30 at The Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, CA, with support from Evil Dead. Originally slated to tour in March, the band canceled those plans, citing financial challenges. Tickets for the June show go on sale Friday, (18) at 10:00 AM PST.
