Mumbai Mirror
Mumbai Mirror is a compact daily newspaper based in Mumbai, with a circulation of around 700,000 copies each day. It made its debut on May 30, 2005, under the ownership of the Times Group, which also publishes The Times of India. The newspaper was officially launched by Vilasrao Deshmukh, who was the Chief Minister of Maharashtra at the time, along with actor Abhishek Bachchan, in a grand event held at the Gateway of India on May 29, 2005. Mumbai Mirror was introduced to the market as a response to the plans of Hindustan Times and DNA to establish a presence in Mumbai. The launch was supported by promotional efforts through its sister publications, including The Times of India, Bombay Times, and Radio Mirchi. Today, Mumbai Mirror has expanded to include sister editions in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore.
