Polygon is a U.S.-based video game website that shares news, cultural insights, reviews, and videos related to gaming. It was established on October 24, 2012, as the third project under Vox Media. The creation of the site took ten months, and its original team consisted of 16 members, including the editors-in-chief from well-known gaming sites like Joystiq, Kotaku, and The Escapist.
