ELYRIA - During the last day of witness testimony Friday, the state homed in on the "Blazing Saddles" incident that resulted in Judge John Ickes’ recusal from a case, which was the result of his own behavior. Hearings are now complete for Ickes with the Ohio Supreme Court’s Board of Professional Conduct. It started May 19 and continued on May 21, 22 and 30.
