RealClear Investigations

RealClearInvestigations is the newest member of the RealClear family and brings a fresh perspective to investigative journalism. Our goals are threefold: to gather the finest investigative reports from various sources, to create our own thorough journalism, and to share this original content with other news outlets. Our efforts are backed by the RealClearFoundation, a nonprofit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3). This last point highlights a significant change in the way news is funded and produced today, shifting from profit-driven models to donor-supported nonprofit initiatives. Investigative journalism, which is crucial and often the most costly and labor-intensive branch of journalism, has been particularly impacted by this evolution.
