Rudaw

Rudaw Media Network, or simply Rudaw (Kurdish: تۆڕی میدیاییی ڕووداو), is a media organization based in Kurdistan, supported by the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP). It produces content in multiple languages, including Kurdish (Sorani and Kurmanji), English, Arabic, and Turkish. The network also publishes a weekly newspaper in Sorani with a distribution of 3,000 copies, a Kurmanci edition available in Europe, an online presence in both Kurdish and English, and operates a satellite television channel. In Syrian Kurdistan, Rudaw Media Network faces a ban due to its politically aligned news coverage. The US Department of State has recognized it as an outlet affiliated with the KDP.
