    Has it been 10 years, since Michigan State football played for and won the Big Ten Championship? Yes, folks, it has. Man, Spartan Nation was lucky it won three Big Ten titles during the Mark Dantonio era. It's been pretty dang stale since then. I mean, the Spartans have only had a winning record four times since 2015. As the Spartan football team and head coach Jonathan Smith enter the 2025 season, they have to find a way to at least get the program heading in the right direction.
