BOZEMAN, Mont. – The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office (GCSO), with help from several agencies, arrested Leodis Roach on June 4, 2025, GCSO said in a release. Investigators said the arrest was tied to a federal probation warrant from Portland, Oregon, and took place near the North 19th Avenue exit on eastbound Interstate 90. Following Roach's arrest, authorities arrested two associates, Jessie L. Brown and Jared Minard. Both are now in custody at the Gallatin County Detention Center.
