TheXboxHub

TheXboxHub

As dedicated Xbox enthusiasts since 2002, when the original black console launched in the UK, we've enjoyed every moment of the 360 era and now eagerly anticipate the One. However, we struggled to find a platform that focused solely on the exciting and engaging aspects of Xbox. This led to the creation of TheXboxHub. Our mission is to provide the latest news and reviews exclusively for Xbox 360 and Xbox One, serving as your go-to source for all things Xbox while filtering out the unnecessary information you don't want to wade through. From January 2015 until the closure of the Xbox Community Network in September 2018, TheXboxHub was proud to be a recognized member of this official Xbox community. Additionally, in January 2017, we were honored to be added to Metacritic's list of approved critics.

Having reviewed CarX Drift Racing Online back in 2020, I was obviously in Pole Position to review the next game in the series to release on Microsoft’s various consoles. From ATLUS and SEGA is a remake of a game that I never played back in the day. Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army is now simply known as Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army, and while the original game was released back in 2006 on the PlayStation 2, the new update has promised to keep the spirit of that gaming experience, while changing various things.

Stop! KEMCO Time! Do do do do… Sorry, I’m really starting to run out of ideas to introduce yet another KEMCO retro styled JRPG. After all, I’ve reviewed dozens of these things over the years.  But yes, there is another KEMCO game on the block, and this one comes in the form of Covenant of Solitude.

You’d never guess it from the bizarre name, but Oribe Ware Games and Seashell Studio’s Mostroscopy is a fighter. Doesn’t exactly shout fisticuffs, does it? But not only is this a fighting game, it is also a fighting game with a unique aesthetic, that of Mexican Luchadore and horror films from the 1950s. And no, that is not a sentence I anticipated writing any time soon! So, being a bit of a noob when it comes to Mexican cinema in general, I dived in to see what was what.

Have you ever looked at Skyrim or Oblivion and thought to yourself “I see what you are trying to do here, Bethesda, but what I really want is this exact same game with a plot involving King Arthur?” If so, you are somewhat odd, but luckily you are not alone: the fine folks over at Questline and Awaken Realms clearly have had a pint of the same stuff you have, and have come through for you.
