Here’s a recap of the city of Greenville’s Design Review Board April 17 meeting. Two commercial spaces in the Village of West Greenville will soon undergo exterior renovations to make way for new restaurant and office tenants. The board unanimously approved facade changes to the buildings at 1233 and 1237 Pendleton St.A new pergola with outdoor seating will be added to the exterior of the restaurant space, along with other facade improvements.
New County Square architectural plans expected at Greenville project preview meeting

Updates on the $1 billion County Square project will be presented at the city of Greenville’s project preview meeting on April 22. Representatives from RocaPoint Partners, the project’s developer, will unveil conceptual architectural plans for several of the development’s buildings. The drop-in style meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park. Two multifamily buildings with ground-floor retail will be among those presented at the project preview meeting.

The former “Baby Bi-Lo” site in downtown Greenville’s North Main neighborhood has been sold. Greenville-based Oxford Capital Partners purchased the approximately three-acre site at 505 N. Main St. in a joint venture with Northpond Partners, a Chicago-based real estate developer. Harrison Horowitz, owner of Oxford Capital Partners, said they closed on the property on April 2.
