    Here’s a recap of the city of Greenville’s Design Review Board April 17 meeting. Two commercial spaces in the Village of West Greenville will soon undergo exterior renovations to make way for new restaurant and office tenants. The board unanimously approved facade changes to the buildings at 1233 and 1237 Pendleton St.A new pergola with outdoor seating will be added to the exterior of the restaurant space, along with other facade improvements.

    Updates on the $1 billion County Square project will be presented at the city of Greenville’s project preview meeting on April 22. Representatives from RocaPoint Partners, the project’s developer, will unveil conceptual architectural plans for several of the development’s buildings. The drop-in style meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park. Two multifamily buildings with ground-floor retail will be among those presented at the project preview meeting.

The AAF ADDY Awards are known as the largest creative competition in the advertising industry. Around 35,000 entries are submitted annually. TD Synnex Creative Group provides full-service creative advertising services to TD Synnex’s IT partners. The advertising agency received Best of Show for TD Synnex’s 2024 Inspire Conference held last October.
