Nintendo has announced that its upcoming sports title, Drag x Drive, will release on Switch 2 on August 14. Revealed during the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct back in April, Drag x Drive is a 3v3 wheelchair basketball game that challenges players to use the mouse mode on the Switch 2’s Joy-Cons to move around the court, pass the ball, and shoot.

Developer Velan Studios has announced that its online party shooter, Midnight Murder Club, will be releasing on August 15 on PS5 and PC. Hitting early access in March of this year, Midnight Murder Club is an online multiplayer shooter…with a twist. Set within Wormwood Manor, rounds are played out in complete darkness, with the old mansion only illuminated by players’ gunfire and desperate knife swings.

While I didn’t give Still Wakes the Deep a rave review when it came out, it was still a solid cinematic first-person horror experience with fantastic voice acting that was let down by its gameplay loop. The game’s setting – an oil rig in the North Sea – was an excellent choice for a horror title, and when Secret Mode and The Chinese Room announced story DLC for Still Wakes the Deep, I was excited to dive back in.
