    Syracuse , N.Y. - A 43 year old man is in custody in regards to a double homicide in Syracuse. Police found David Huff, near the scene of the crime Tuesday morning after a tip from a citizen. Monday night Syracuse Police discovered the gruesome scene where a 33 year old woman, Huff's girlfriend and Huff's 11 year old son, Jerimiah, were shot dead inside a home on Roney Road.

    Utica, N.Y. -Oneida County to file a lawsuit against New York and Governor Kathy Hochul and begin hiring former Correction Officers. After approval from the County Legislature, Executive Anthony Picente says they'll file the suit within 48 hours. Its in response to Governor Hochul’s order prohibiting the hiring of those fired Officers. Picente says as soon as it's filed, the County will begin hiring to fill much-needed vacancies in the Sheriff’s Office and other County departments.

A post on Joel's social media page says a medical condition has forced the postponement of his tour for four months. It said Joel had recent surgery, and needs to undergo physical therapy under a Doctor's supervision. The postponement includes his concert with STING at the JMA Wireless Dome.

State AG General Letitia James has won her case against Peter Harris and Richard Sykes of Intermountain Management. A Judge agreed with the AG and has ruled that the ski resort owners illegally stifled competition when it purchased, Toggenburg Mountain, its main competitor and then shut it down.
