Syracuse, N.Y. - A Clay man charged with raping a 5 year old girl, sexually assaulting a 3 year old and there could be more. Onondaga County Sheriff's Office says 33 year old Ryan Pontello was arrested after authorities say he luried a 5 year old girl with a candy from a playground at the Windsor Place apartments on Bear Road, into a wooded area, where he raped her.

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse man charged after nearly colliding with a State Police car. A little before 3am the morning of June 1st, a State Police vehicle was traveling on East Seneca Turnpike, approaching the South Salina Street intersection. They say a Jeep, driven by 30 year old Odell Tillie Jr, fail to stop at the red light as he turned onto the Turnpike and crossed the road, into the path of the Trooper's car, who swerved to avoid a head on crash.

Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse Teen has been arrested after he allegedly attempted an armed robbery. Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office says a person called 911 around 11 the morning of Sunday June1st Sunday, to report that a man tried to rob him of his phone and vehicle at gunpoint, at the Heritage Park Townhouses off Wetzel Road. Deputies say 18 year old Gabron Polk ran from the scene after the failed attempt.

Syracuse, N.Y. - A man is dead after being shot by Syracuse Police Tuesday night. Around 10 Officers were called to the 200 block of North Townsend Street, for shots fired. When they arrived they discovered it was an active shooter situation. They entered the building where they were allegedly shot at by 42-year-old Donnell Hogan. The officers returned fire striking Hogan who was pronounced dead at the scene. A handgun was recovered from the scene.

Syracuse, N.Y. - The Syracuse Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a 16-year-old boy, who is intellectually challenged, and requires adult supervision. Jackob Barlow was last seen around 11 a.m. yesterday, May 12th, on Robinson Street. Barlow is described as being approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighing around 120 pounds, with black hair. He was last seen wearing a white long sleeve t-shirt, red shorts, and blue sneakers.
