Federal agents raided the Forest Lake home of Evergreen Recovery owners Shawn Grygo and David Backus Thursday seizing evidence of lavish spending including hundreds of luxury items from Louis Vuitton, Gucci and other designer brands – allegedly paid for by a scheme to defraud Medicaid. After the raid, federal prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Grygo’s release pending trial because they found a handgun during the search.
