    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Residents enjoying their day off downtown became concerned after spotting what appeared to be a sunken vessel at McGee Beach. Viewers could see the top of the boat, along with other parts marked by a buoy. One beachgoer was concerned enough that he swam out to the vessel to ensure no one was in distress. "I don't know if there was people in distress or if people died, you know I don't know. I just went out there to check it out so far all I found was the top of the boat.

    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The "No Refusal" initiative is now underway, and the Corpus Christi Police Department will be actively enforcing it and looking out for drunk drivers. If someone is suspected of drunk driving and they refuse a breath or blood sample, police will quickly get a blood search warrant. The 'no refusal' is in effect each day from 9:30 p.m. at night until 5:30 a.m. in the morning through Sunday.

    CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — If you plan to hit the roads this weekend, you are in luck! Fuel prices are down significantly across the board. The average cost of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.74, which is down 14-cents from last week at this time. Diesel is now at $3.55, which is down 13 cents.
