PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) — A man wanted for assault after a hotel fight in Paducah was arrested in Missouri. Paducah Police say the incident occurred in the evening of May 6th at a hotel on the 5000 block of Hinkleville Road. Paducah Police officers responded to reports of multiple men fighting. Officers learned the individuals had been drinking, leading up to a fight. A 40-year-old man told police he was stabbed with a knife during the fight.

CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) — Carbondale police responded to a stabbing on Monday, May 5th, at a residence on the 800 Block of West Mill Street. Police say 39-year-old Branden Rogers is a known acquaintance of the victim. Carbondale Police say Rogers was initially asked to leave the victim's home, but returned and attempted to force his way back inside. During the altercation, police say Rogers stabbed the victim, who was trying to prevent him from re-entering.

CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL)—The Jackson County Health Department will offer free measles vaccinations following a recent outbreak in Southern Illinois. Officials will be in the Murdale Shopping parking lot from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 8th. Anyone 12 months and older is eligible to receive the vaccine. Health officials ask that you bring an insurance card if you are insured. If you do not have health insurance, a program is available to cover the cost.

PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) — Saturday, April 19th, Paducah Police say they responded to a disturbance in an alley on the 2400 block of Ohio St. around 2 p.m. Police said they learned two groups had started arguing when a man, identified as Cortez Gray, fired over 10 rounds at the other group. While on scene, officers reported they discovered another man, Darrian Scarbrough, hid a bag in a carport that contained a gun, marijuana, and Xanax.

(WSIL) — The Williamson County Sheriff's Office says on Sunday, April 20th, around 2 p.m. deputies responded to a report of a man hitting a minor on the 200 block of North Dudley Street in Pittsburg. Witnesses told authorities that the 14-year-old victim and his cousin were walking down the street when the suspect, Frank Walker confronted them. Deputies say some video footage showed Walker hitting, pulling, and choking the child.

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (WSIL) — The Cape Girardeau Police Department says Saturday, May 3rd, they received a weapon violation report around 10 p.m. at a downtown parking lot. When authorities arrived, the suspect's vehicle had already left the lot. It was later located, and police conducted a traffic stop. Cape Police say both the driver and the front passenger were adults, while two other passengers were minors. A search of the vehicle found two bottles of alcohol and a stolen loaded gun.
