    MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Middle Georgia will see near average temperatures Tuesday. A partly sunny afternoon will become a clear night as clouds fade out during the evening hours. Expect the trend of cooler nights to continue to a degree as lows drop into the low to mid 60s, or slightly below average for this time of year. Wind will be light out of the east. Tuesday will be another partly sunny day with clear skies in the morning and afternoon cumulus filling in around lunchtime.

    MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – An incoming cold front will cap off the rainy week with a chance for some severe weather in Middle Georgia. As expected Thursday around Middle Georgia has largely been a washout. Rain will continue through the late afternoon and evening with a few showers possibly carrying into the wee hours of the night. It will again be very muggy as temperatures will only fall into the upper 60s. Fog will once again be a possibility ahead of Friday morning.

    MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The rainy pattern of the week continues Thursday with storms possible through much of the day. A partly cloudy afternoon will see more clouds arrive through the late evening and overnight. Isolated storms will be possible, however the rain odds this evening and tonight are a lot lower than the past couple of nights. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s with the warmest spots in the lowest 70s.

    MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A line of storms will pass through Middle Georgia this evening and into tonight, bringing heavy rain and possibly damaging winds. A line of storms is incoming from Alabama and has brought some severe weather to parts of North Georgia. A Level 2 “Slight” risk for severe weather includes all of Middle Georgia this evening. On top of that, a Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 9 PM EDT.

    MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Scattered storms will be likely again Tuesday afternoon following several of them Monday. Isolated to scattered storms are ongoing around Middle Georgia and will continue through the evening and overnight hours. A Level 1 “Marginal” threat for severe weather includes the entirety of Middle Georgia. The hazards will be isolated strong winds and some small hail. Expect skies overnight to be mostly cloudy with lows in the mid to upper 60s.
