A Flagstaff rental company has been required to pay damages and create and implement antidiscrimination policies by the Maricopa County Superior Court as the result of a disability discrimination complaint. The Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Department of Law filed a complaint on behalf of a tenant of Shirley Ann Enterprises in January 2024.
