Nolan Iori's excitement over his first-ever foul ball from Great American Ball Park was short-lived when the ball slipped out of a car and rolled into a sewer drain at Hilltop Park. David Kahle, whose son Parker has autism, is advocating for Project Life Saver, a specialized tracking device that helps first responders locate individuals who tend to wander or go missing. "I liked this program, because it was fire and police who are the ones participating with it," said Kahle.
