Two men have been confirmed dead following a head-on crash in Isanti County. Authorities have issued an appeal to find a vulnerable 20-year-old man missing from Brooklyn Park since Saturday. Mvidi Zanzu, 20, was last seen leaving home near June Avenue North at around 3 p.m. on Saturday. He was last seen wearing a tan jean jacket, navy blue pants, black shoes with orange bottoms and glasses. Brooklyn PD says he also responds to the nicknames "James" and/or "Israel." "He is a vulnerable adult without his medication and there is a concern for his mental health," police say.
