Our pooled sample comprised 4 025 respondents. Half were women and half had tertiary education. The mean age was 49 years (SD = 17.3) and the mean financial deprivation score was 38.9 (SD = 22.9). A statistically significant difference in socio-demographic characteristics was observed between the two studies we analyzed (i.e., HLS19 and SLAVACO) (Table 1). Furthermore, the average HLS19-Q12 score was higher than the average HLS19-NAV score (63.4 vs. 51.4).

We conducted a retrospective monocentric study in the department of respiratory medicine of hospital Nord in Marseille, France between January 2010 and February 2024. In our hospital, SSc-ILD patients treated with MMF are monitored by RR in routine clinical practice. To be eligible, patients had to fulfill ACR/EULAR criteria [26] for SSc with ILD assessed by an expert radiologist in Multidisciplinary Discussion (MDD), to receive MMF (Cellcept® or Myfortic®) and to have a measurement of MPA-RR.

The interaction between antibodies and Fc gamma receptors (FcγRs) plays a critical role in regulating immune responses to Plasmodium falciparum. Polymorphisms in genes encoding FcγRs influence the host's capacity to control parasite infection. This study investigates whether non-coding variants influencing FcγR expression are associated with anti-malarial immunization and infection traits.

Our LC-UV LC-HRMS cross-validation analysis highlighted that LC-UV is a reliable method for DCS in the context of HR programs for PWUD. More specifically, for the main substances used by PWUD (cocaine, ketamine, MDMA, heroin, amphetamine) and for associated cutting agents (caffeine, acetaminophen, and levamisole), there was no significant bias (≤ 20%) between the results obtained with LC-UV and those obtained with a validated LC-HRMS method.

Type Ia Supernovae (SNe Ia) are a critical tool in measuring the accelerating expansion of the universe. Recent efforts to improve these standard candles have focused on incorporating the effects of dust on distance measurements with SNe Ia. In this paper, we use the state-of-the-art Dark Energy Survey 5 year sample to evaluate two different families of dust models: empirical extinction models derived from SNe Ia data, and physical attenuation models from the spectra of galaxies.

The process of star formation is integral to understanding galaxy evolution (e.g. Madau & Dickinson 2014). However, a significant fraction of the UV emission from hot massive stars, which trace star formation, is obscured by dust and re-emitted at far-infrared (FIR) wavelengths (Cardelli, Clayton & Mathis 1989; Calzetti et al. 2000; Burgarella et al. 2013a).
