MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Pa. (CBS Philadelphia)— A man who allegedly shot a police officer in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, was taken into custody after an hours-long barricade on Sunday night, a Montgomery County official said. A Montgomery County official said around 10:30 p.m. that a suspect was taken into custody. Before that, a shelter-in-place order was in effect for residents on Winding Road in Pottstown for hours. The order has since been lifted.
