    Surveillance video captured the frightening moments when an armed suspect attacked a man outside his home in Fells Point. Nick Webb said he was getting items out of his car in the 400 block of South Regester Street when suddenly a man pulled out a gun. Surveillance video captured Webb screaming and attempting to flee as the gunman chased him to the ground. "There was a gun pointed at me. I started fleeing. I could feel it on the back of my head when he shoved me, and I was on the ground," said Webb.

But out of 82 defendants indicted in connection to the federal case, one suspect remains on the run. Charles Delroy Singletary, 45, of Baltimore is wanted for conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, acetyl fentanyl, methamphetamine, hydrochloride cocaine and cocaine base, and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl mixture.
